- All makeup services are offered ONLY by appointment.
- All appointments require a full payment at the time of booking to secure client's reservation. If the client does not cancel within the required time frame, payment made will not be refunded.
- 2 months cancellation notice required when canceling for bridal service. If cancelled after 2 months notice, deposit/payment made will NOT be refunded.
- 2 week cancellation notice required for other services. Otherwise, payment made will NOT be refunded.
- Payments are accepted by Venmo, Zelle and Paypal. If paid by a credit card, transaction fees will be applied. Sales/service tax excluded from the service rate.
- If a customer has sensitive skin and has an allergic reaction to certain ingredients in makeup, please inform Lauren in advance. Lauren or Atelier SOZO are NOT responsible for uninformed allergic reaction.
- There is an additional travel charge if Lauren needs to travel 30 miles further from the 98034 radius.
